Fantastic new feedback from STW delegates...

 

Obit recently completed a number of training courses for Severn Trent Water and some of the delegates wanted to express their feelings about the training, below are some highlights;

 

 

“I found the training extremely useful and very informative and I also really enjoyed it.  It was delivered very clearly and concisely and I’m now finding it very comfortable to deliver this approach whilst on the phones. I have seen a big difference in the amount of Direct Debits I have been able to set and also the customers are offering higher payments simply because we are telling the customers what they need to pay rather than asking them what they can pay and also because we are being specific in the type of further action that will be taken rather than advising what may happen. I am really glad to have had the training, and I think we will see a difference throughout the whole department in cash collections.”

 

“Although I have not yet put the training into practice on the phones (other activities intervened!) I found the course clear and very useful.  It has brought the need for cash collection into sharper focus, a worthwhile experience.”

“I think the training was brilliant. Chris was really good; I was constantly focused and not bored in any way. It was all well explained and made me feel relaxed about doing it as I was nervous about the role plays but I was put at ease.  I had my on-the-job training yesterday with Duncan, again I was a little nervous but he gave constructive feedback and was really helpful. Overall I enjoyed it and I think it will be really good for the company. “
