For this reason we provide a free 'discovery' process to establish the short and long term challenges your business faces, understand your current processes/targets and spend time with your employees witnessing their current approach in the live environment.
This allows us to fully understand where you are as a business and allow us to feedback our recommendations and potential uplift in performance. If it's agreed to move the relationship forward we will submit a framework and work closely with the relevant stakeholders to sign off all the training material and agree how to measure performance.
The next critical aspect of our approach is to ensure the skills and behaviours learnt in the training are successfully transferred and sustained in the live working environment. Our consolidation team will support you during this transition by providing side-by-side coaching to each delegate.
