Qualifications
Orbit training has recently been licenced by City & Guilds in conjunction with CPMI to run as a City & Guilds Approved Centre. Orbit training is therefore proud to offer the following level of qualifications to the products and services. we offer;
An award widely recognised as the benchmark for industry best practice. The Diploma can only be achieved if the delegate can consistently operate at the level set out by the Orbit training body. Consistency is measured over a specific period of time and this process is managed by a member of the Orbit training team.
City & Guilds Licentiateship (LCGI)
Fully recognised as an equivalent academic level to that of the National Vocational Qualification Level 4 (NVQ4).
This award can only be achieved by building a portfolio of evidence over a dedicated period of time that shows consistent & compliant standards. Managed and developed with a member of the Orbit training team, once complete, the portfolio is submitted by Orbit to CPMI for audit by the academic board before the award can be made.
If the portfolio fails the strict audit criteria the Orbit training team will mentor & coach the individual to overcome any development areas in order to re-submit a reviewed portfolio.
City & Guilds Graduateship (GCGI)
An industry first, our Graduateship is of a comparable level to that of a British honours degree.
This award can only be achieved by building a portfolio of evidence, over an extended period of time, which demonstrates excellence within its category. Once complete, the portfolio is submitted by Orbit to CPMI for audit by the academic board before the award can be made.
If the portfolio fails the strict audit criteria the Orbit training team will mentor & coach the individual to overcome any development areas in order to re-submit a reviewed portfolio.
