Performance Management
The 'Performance Management Programme' is designed to unlock the potential of your Managers and Team Leaders to deliver improvements in business productivity and individual performance.
The programme uses a combination of workshop learning and one to one coaching to enable your Managers and Team Leaders to achieve stretched targets, linked to an agreed commercial objective, over a fixed period of time.
These targets and objectives will be linked to an 'Operation Performance Review' and will be specifically designed based on the factual evidence and outputs as a result of the review process.
This programme can be accredited from Diploma, Licentiateship (LCGI) & Graduateship (GCGI) by City & Guilds. It provides for attendees at junior, middle and senior levels.
