Train the Trainer
Develop an In House training capability to deliver Orbit's Debt Collection Training Programme. Your In house Trainers will experience an intensive training process, with an objective to being Orbit accredited and licensed to deliver Orbit designed material bespoke to your organisation.
House trainers, will experience a development programme which will typically involve:
- Experiencing your organisations bespoke workshop as a delegate
- Five days training understanding the material and the desired way of delivery
- Co facilitating with an Orbit trainer to a live group of your company's delegates
- Co facilitating with an In house training colleague, observed and supported by Orbit
- Assessments and feedback throughout the development process
- Formal accreditation
